• Working as project coordinator for all paid and unpaid campaigns. • Created my own influencers database which encompasses big and small-scale influencers, that are of different nationalities and with different areas of interest. • Planning and preparing projects scopes in terms of budget, resources and time required from planning till execution. Confirming the deliverables with all parties and quality assuring if the results match the expectations. • Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of influencer driven marketing campaigns.I was the only contact person in charge for all communications, communicated with Arabic and non-Arabic speaking influencers depending on the project requirements. • Outreach messages to recruit influencer partners, support emails to answer questions from influencers, prepare agreement letters for legal and financial documentation. Reminders so that influencers meet the campaigns deadlines. Follow-up emails thanking the influencer for their participating and letting them know next steps. • Updating business profile for Sayidaty, Aljamila, Sayidaty Kitchen, Arrajol and Sayidy • Updating case studies with new clients monthly, provide monthly reports on website and social media reach. • Responsible for Sayidaty contacts email to reach potential business clients. • First had experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Narratiive, Social baker, Mailchimp, Monday.com, Asana, Pipedrive, Upwork & Microsoft Teams. • Preparing for video shooting requirements which are paid or unpaid campaigns, forecasting budget, location scouting & providing logistic support. • Coordinating with team on pre & post production schedule, execution plan and deliverables. • Working on full filling recruitment requirements for all departments. • Preparing Job Descriptions and Specifications. • Posting jobs on LinkedIn and other job portals, receiving CVs on jobs email and shortlisting them for the Hiring Manager. • Screening resumes. Contacting on-line eligible profiles and cold calling prospective applicants and conducting first stage interview. • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. • Administering appropriate company assessments. • Performing reference and background checks. • Making recommendations to company hiring managers. • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers up till hiring and onboarding. • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process. • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy and employment practices. • Serving as a liaison with outsourcing companies. • Hiring freelancers and working with software such as Upwork, Hubstaff, Twine and Slack for efficient and effective tracking of teamwork. • Daily tasks on preparing invoices for purchase order, bookings of shooting equipment and preparing freelance payments. • Working on digital department petty cash. • Coordinating personnel applications regarding Leaves, Travel, Service Request, Bookings and also Interviews, Hiring and/or Replacements for all our offices in Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Amman, Cairo and Beirut. • Preparing yearly budget requirements for hardware, software, video and camera equipment.
