- Develop and oversee the implementation of the school’s curriculum in alignment with American educational standards
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure curriculum coherence and vertical alignment across grade levels
- Support and guide teachers in instructional practices, curriculum mapping, and assessment strategies
- Conduct regular curriculum evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for staff
- Stay updated with educational trends, research, and best practices to inform curriculum development
- Foster a positive learning culture that promotes student engagement and academic achievement
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an American curriculum school
- Previous experience in curriculum coordination or instructional leadership role
- Strong knowledge of American educational standards and curriculum frameworks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with assessment and data-driven decision-making processes
