• Develop and oversee the implementation of the school’s curriculum in alignment with American educational standards
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure curriculum coherence and vertical alignment across grade levels
• Support and guide teachers in instructional practices, curriculum mapping, and assessment strategies
• Conduct regular curriculum evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement
• Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for staff
• Stay updated with educational trends, research, and best practices to inform curriculum development
• Foster a positive learning culture that promotes student engagement and academic achievement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an American curriculum school
• Previous experience in curriculum coordination or instructional leadership role
• Strong knowledge of American educational standards and curriculum frameworks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with assessment and data-driven decision-making processes
