School Counselor

Join our esteemed educational institution in the United Arab Emirates as a School Counselor and make a positive impact on the lives of students. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team starting in August 2023.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and guidance services to students, promoting their emotional well-being and academic success
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address personal, social, and academic challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students’ holistic development
• Assist students in setting educational and career goals
• Administer assessments and interpret results to guide students’ educational planning
• Organize and facilitate workshops and programs on topics such as mental health, stress management, and career exploration

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of counseling theories and techniques
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and establish a supportive counseling environment
• Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
